Mission:
At its core, our work is about service. Our mission is to serve our customers by delivering architecture that responds directly to their needs, constraints, and priorities—without unnecessary complexity.
Every project begins with understanding what matters most to the customer: program, budget, schedule, and long-term use. From there, we apply experience and sound judgment to develop design solutions that are practical, durable, and appropriate for their context. The goal is simple: architecture that works well, holds up over time, and supports each customer’s objectives.

How We Work:
We believe the best results come from a focused, collaborative process grounded in listening and informed decision-making. We take the time to understand priorities early, then guide each project through design and documentation with consistency and intent.
Our process leverages current design technology and AI-assisted tools to test options, coordinate information, and streamline workflows—allowing us to work efficiently while maintaining control over design quality and decision-making. These tools support better coordination, earlier insights, and more informed choices throughout the project.
Each project benefits from principal-level involvement at key stages, ensuring continuity and alignment between design intent, performance goals, and delivery. Decisions are made with attention to constructability, coordination, and long-term performance, helping projects move forward with fewer surprises.

About the Architect
Treehaus was founded by Maria Gonzalez-Rodiles, AIA, a licensed architect in Florida with over 14 years of experience.
Maria’s work is grounded in respect for the architectural profession and its long tradition. She believes good architecture responds to its time, place, and purpose rather than to trends.
With extensive experience in multifamily housing, and single family residential projects, as well as commercial work, Maria brings practical judgment to every commission. Project size is not the measure of value. Each project receives the same level of care, based on the impact it can have and the good it can create.
Treehaus works with a trusted local team with deep regional experience, bringing consistency and continuity to every project from early design through construction.
